    NEW LISTING! BUENA VISTA MARKETPLACE

New Listing in Grocery-Anchored Power Center in Duarte, CA!

Andrea successfully leased Milan Capital’s Long Beach “El Dorado” Power Center and was brought in to work on another Power Center property in Duarte, California in the San Gabriel Valley.

Serving the affluent Bradbury neighborhood, your business can thrive in this center with major national co-tenants, including Starbucks, Habit Burger, Subway, Planet Fitness, and Smart + Final. The grocery-anchored center is a “daily needs center”, meaning there is higher traffic volume per day with tenants, like grocery stores, whose customers frequent on a daily or weekly basis. Here is a breakdown of the available units:

    • ± 7,694 SF Junior Anchor
    • ± 4,531 SF
    • ± 1,200 SF Near End-Cap on Buena Vista

The larger units can be subdivided into smaller units for those with smaller square footage needs. The rental price ranges from $1.85 per square foot per month to $3.50 per square foot per month. Each unit has a private restroom, front and back entrances, largely open floor plans with some office and storage build out (unit dependent), boasts excellent visibility, and part of a well-managed center with high traffic counts and ample parking. For more information, please go the “LISTING” page.

CBM1 and Andrea Feczko-Cronin represent the landlord in this listing. Please contact Andrea directly if you own or represent a business and would like more information or to tour the property.

CLOSED IN 60 DAYS IN SIMI VALLEY – MULTIPLE OFFERS!

Closed in 60 Days with Multiple Offers!

Ask Andrea to jump? She says “How High?” And then she DELIVERS!

Andrea is very proud of the closing of Suite L at approximately 678 SF at the Wood Ranch Plaza in Simi Valley. Backstory: Andrea took over this center from Lee & Associates after they had it for 2 years with no activity. Once she took over, Andrea and CBM1 closed 2 units in 90 days. Then… for the test… a new batch of openings and Andrea closed again!

Smaller square footage units are generally much easier to lease out because they are less monthly overhead for businesses versus their large square footage counterparts. So, for this one, the landlord could “afford”, if you will, to be picky. Andrea brought in a few offers from different types of businesses. While they were competitive offers, the landlord asked specifically for a phone business. Can you guess who is moving into this unit?

Smart Fix Phone Repair. This will be their 4th location!

It’s a great lesson to always communicate with your commercial real estate leasing broker about your ideal tenants. And the good brokers (like Andrea) will work to deliver what you want!

Andrea represented the landlord in this transaction, but also assisted the unrepresented tenant in providing the necessary materials to present an offer and close on the deal.
